Soul Pop U is an arts education organization dedicated to connecting the entertainment industry's new class of leaders with our community's new class of leaders.

Mission

We connect art, culture, and entrepreneurship with schools and communities on a national and global scale. Soul Pop U offers motivational, educational presentations and assemblies that introduce middle and high school students to the entertainment industry while inspiring them to achieve their full potential. Soul Pop U is unique because its sponsored artists are not only revered for their musical superiority, but are also extolled for their academic, professional, and civic accomplishments - making them role models for our leaders of tomorrow.

What We Do

Soul Pop U sponsors outstanding artists, sending them into the community to introduce young people to the entertainment industry while inspiring them to achieve their full potential. Our artists' individually customized assemblies and presentations combine live performances as well as fireside chats with audience members. These interactive presentations incorporate performance, Q&A, arts education, and motivational speaking. Soul Pop U artists are Ivy-league graduates, accomplished corporate professionals, and are responsible and active civic participants. We are therefore able to offer fresh, educational, inspirational, and new perspectives on what it means to "go for the gold".

Soul Pop U offers the added benefits of satellite mentorship, which students can leverage even after our time with you on campus or in your community. We administer and monitor social networking forums, email addresses, and even phone numbers where we encourage students to use our artists as resources and friends to learn more about art, career, and responsible citizenship.
